Yes, we’ve sold nearly 500 homes over the past 20 years and yes, we’re ranked among the top 2% of Realtors in the country. However, we consider sales volume a relatively unimportant reference.
Far more important, in our opinion, is what we offer to our clients. By giving uncommonly good, ongoing service — before, during and for years after the sale, we build lasting relationships with our clients. Our clients, in turn, refer their friends, relatives and coworkers to us. As long as our clients to refer to us, we don’t have to waste time like most Realtors chasing strangers to acquire new business. We use that time instead to do a spectacularly good job for those referred our way!
